Zombie is a tight, fast action arcade shooter where every second counts. You take control of a ship that has to clear wave after wave of incoming undead, with the screen filling up faster the longer you survive.
The hook of Zombie is its simple loop: shoot, dodge, repeat. You start with 6 lives, and the difficulty ramps up smoothly – early waves teach you the rhythm, later ones throw clusters of enemies at you from multiple directions at once.
How to Play Zombie
Move your ship with the arrow keys (or by dragging on mobile) and shoot with the action button. Pickups dropped by destroyed zombies refill ammo and occasionally restore a life, so going after them is usually worth the risk. Lose all 6 lives and the run ends – your score is logged for next time.
Tips to Climb the Highscore Board
Stay near the centre of the screen so you have room to dodge in every direction.
Take out fast zombies first – the slow ones rarely catch you if you keep moving.
Don’t panic-grab pickups; a life is no good if you fly into a wall of enemies to get it.
Watch the wave timer – a brief calm before each new wave is your best chance to reposition.
